“I control the puck better and I’m able to see my teammates quicker than before and give a good pass. I have more confidence on the ice, I’m more confident with the control of the puck and I make better decisions. I’m able to identify my player I have to cover in the defensive zone and neutral zone. I stopped doing the program and the results were not the same on the ice.”
