Which computer operating systems are supported?

One of the biggest factors that may affect your EyeGym performance is your browser, the program you use to access online content. Examples are Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox or Safari. Another factor is your operating system, which runs your computer and stores your files and programs, for example Windows 7.

Because computer technologies are constantly changing, we are not able to guarantee that EyeGym will function flawlessly on all systems. EyeGym is an advanced, data-driven system, therefore newer technologies tend to offer better experiences, so we try to stay up-to-date with the newest versions of browsers and operating systems. Older versions will eventually become unsupported.

What should I know about training in the EyeGym?

  • Consider EyeGym like a traditional gym where you train a mix of drills per training session.
  • EyeGym is scientifically formulated to adapt to your individual needs.
  • On certain programs you will initially do an assessment, which you will automatically be prompted to complete when you log in for the first time.
  • The drills appear to be easy when you start training, but drills increase in difficulty as you progress.
  • Don’t always do the same drill. Ensure your EyeGym Fitness by doing a mix of drills.
  • The system will not allow you to train for more than 10 minutes per day. The system refreshes at midnight so you are able to train in the afternoon and then on the following morning if you choose to do so. Please make sure to check your timezone is correctly-set!

How do the levels in EyeGym work?

You will only progress to the next level once they have achieved the required pass percentage to do so.

To get to the next level you need to score appropriately in terms of your efficacy, speed, and EyeGym fitness.

This measurement is displayed at the completion of a specific level.

How does the ranking in EyeGym relate to performance?

Drill scores are updated in realtime as you train on the EyeGym.

Your ranking is calculated via aggregated scores, and we use the same algorithm that is used to calculate ranking in our public EyeGym platform.

How can I improve my ranking?

By training in all the drills in your daily training session and improving your scores, particularly the scores of the drills you have completed.

How can I progress through the EyeGym programme faster?

The EyeGym is no different to a traditional gym in one respect – consistent weekly training is necessary to achieve optimal EyeGym Fitness.

The more effectively you train the better your results.

Can someone else train on my programme?

This is not permitted, and would also influence your results and your own progress calculation will be affected. Everyone’s visual system is unique and the training needs be completed individually.
